Tried shake, bar and drinks. Shake is much better than the thing that I tried 5 years ago, easier to swallow, but still not the easies thing for my personal choice. Personally it's hard for me to intake something like yougurt or liquid porridge. But I know that this is the only thing I have to do to get 200-400kcal. 400kcal+ of 2 scoops usually gives me 1-2 hours of relief from hunger. Also, after I have to drink a bit of water to clean the throat of residue from hard particles. Drinks are a bit easier to swallow, the texture is more liquid than goo. From other prospects - no difference from shake. Bars are much more pleasant to consume, and they provide the same amount of time to me in terms of relief from hunger. The primary concern for me about bars is amount of artificial sweeteners in it. I would prefer a version or a different taste with a higher number of sugars than with sweetener. I also need to drink a couple of glasses of water after the bar to clean the mouth from hard particles of the bar, for me it's a usual thing to do after digesting something in similar tecture. I don't like chocolate one, this one is terrible in terms of taste, others are pretty good. Cherry and another one with almonds are great!
