I needed a quick and convenient back up lunch option for when I forget to bring a proper lunch to the office. I wasn't expecting much having tried other replacement shakes that were always too sweet and "artificial" tasting, or only really taste good when mixed with milk.
I can safely say though I am really happy with Plenny, particularly the strawberry flavour. It tastes reassuringly oaty, rather than artificial, with just enough strawberry to it. ( I like to blend a banana in with it to take it up a level.).
