Very easy and quick, as advertised. A regular shake keeps me satisfied for about 3-4 hours, I would say. Those are flavourful, though not too much taste, and the texture is nice to me. Shaker is amazing and very easy to clean as well! So far I've tried chocolate, banana, and wild berries, but I'll surely try more in the future
