I like the amount of flavours they have, there's no overwhelming taste which I am happy with. I also like that there are real pieces of the food/flavour you chose. I am a gymrat and I have trouble packing something high in protein for lunch. This is the solution! Quick and high in protein, super healthy AND cheap! I love it. The texture is something to get used to, but if you get over the starchy feel it has a lot of benefits. I drink it with cold milk and I like it much more than compared with water. I recommend it.
