All in all quick and healthy alternative when there is no time to prepare some healthy dish. I didn't like the taste at first, but got used to it and like it now a lot. I think I was just expecting much sweeter taste like in other protein shakes, but eventually I am happy there is no unnecessary sugar added. It tastes little powdery even after minutes of shaking, but still very tasty. Recommend.
