I already ordered a few boxes a while back, they are as I remember:
* They do not provide the satisfaction of a regular meal, but the taste is alright, especially when mixing flavor (chocolate + coconut works best)
* Doing the initial water/powder mixing with a utensil (I usually use a metal chopstick) rather than shaking directly avoids lumps
* Letting it sit for a few minutes (usually 5 to 10 minutes) helps a LOT with texture, and makes it creamier
* During periods when I struggle with food too much (on quantity & balance), it helps me a lot. As soon as hunger starts to appear, I just prepare my shake, drink it, and it's done, my mind can focus on something else. or just rest, that's nice too.
