We use it to replace lunches and dinners when we're on the go or at a time crunch, but don't want to lose out on nutrition. Currently trying chocolate, banana, and vanilla - and all three flavors are great! If we follow the recipe, the consistency tends to be on the thicker side, so we dilute it with a little bit more water than recommended; no problem with that. 1 star off only because my partner is not a big fan of the gritty texture, but honestly not a big dealbreaker unless you're extremely particular about textures in food. The flavor is great, and it does keep us full like a normal meal. For me, it keeps me full well into the 6 hour mark, while for my partner it keeps him full about 3-4 hours.
