Plenny Shake
-vanilla: tastes awesome, I drink that every day (morning)
-coconut: tastes great, like coconut water, more of a drink instead of a meal replacement
-lemon pie: cool stuff, just like lemon pie. It tastes good and I like it but I can not drink that every day.
Every morning I consume around 50g of plenny shake with around 450ml water. I drink that after my first cup of tea while I go for a walk with my dog. Tastes great, is convenient and is a good start to the day.
