Not a big fan of the taste, especially when I prepare the shake with water. It's drinkable when I use milk, but that kind of defeats the purpose, I guess. It is kind of bland and chalky. I have no experience with other protein shakes / meal replacements, so cannot compare and maybe have unreasonable expectations. Bottom line is you can very easily tell it's meant as a healthy alternative more so than a traditional shake.
