To be honest. I'm a bit surprised. The taste is very nice actually, better than expected. Shakes are not too heavy for your stomach. I mix them as well with others poeders to increase protein and reduce fat a little bit. In overall, very positive. Ah, and delivery was very quick as well. I ordered at the evening and next day package arrived.
