I no longer forget to eat breakfast so the overall mood during the day has improved a lot. It's also perfect for lunch and dinner when family is not present. It's also a lot better to have a plenny bar or sport shake during longer climbing session than just a protein bars/drinks as they don't help that much to also refill energy.
