The flavor isn't extremely powerful, but that's not a problem. When you start viewing it as fuel, the flavor isn't an issue at all. However, the texture can take a bit to get used to. It's like a sandy milkshake.
However, if you leave it out overnight, it just becomes a thick milkshake.
You won't feel hungry afterwards if you have the right mindset.
