I bought the shakes for breakfast and the instant hot meals for lunch. The shakes are good and really filling and suoer quick and easy. I absolutely adore the concept of the hot meals. Unfortunately there is just absolutely no flavour. I will stick to the shakes for now. The scoop I received was broken upon arrival.
