I was not a Shake consumer before so it took a little ajustment but now I am hooked 😜 I tried different flavours with different liquids and consistency. It is so convinient for when I can’t be bothered cooking and cleaning 😅The ingredients are really clean and the shakes keep me easily full for 5h!
