The goal of having a meal with nutrition and minerals for a reasonable price will be met however don't expect it to be bursting with flavour. The flavours are disappointing, to say the least as the main flavour is that of oats with a hint of the flavour you want to taste. I bought the banana and passion fruit flavours so I can't speak to the others but even the plenny bar I received with the product which was supposed to taste like cherry had no semblance of it, I would fail to separate most flavours in a blind taste test. The Banana shake was the best product and had the most taste in my opnion.
