This is an amazing product. I use this strictly for lunch. I save a ton of money, gain an extra hour a day during my workday, and have lost a significant amount of weight. I didn't buy this to lose weight. I bought this to save money and time. The weight loss is just a bonus. Every time I see someone I haven't seen in a while, they ask me what I have been doing to lose weight and I point them here. The strawberry is great. Highly recommend
