I have been using different brands of meal replacement shakes over the last couple of years. Whilst not the best tasting of all I have tried, it comes close. However, it is by far the best at keeping me from mid morning or afternoon snacking as it keeps me fuller for longer. I also love the range of flavours and I intend to try out some others and the Mac and cheese in due course.
