I love the wide range of tastes available, minimal waste, much less washing up and a huge amount of time created free from shopping, planning, chosing meals to eat healthily and sustainably. I feel that my body is doing well on the meals provided and that I dont have to worry about calorie counting as I know exactly what i am eating every day.
