It's tasty and easy and the quality of the food is consistent. The ready to drink is the easiest, I've let friends try it and almost everyone likes it. The powders are nice. If you feel like you'd use them for cooking or mixing with fruit or something, the neutral flavours (vanilla, coconut, maybe chocolate if you are a fan of the flavour) are the best choice. I like apple cinnamon and lemon pie as well.
Over time the quality of support has gone down a little, it's still better than a utilities company but worse than it used to be.
