I've been using Plenny Shakes for about 6 months now. They are perfect for someone like me who has trouble preparing food. I haven't completely switched my diet to Plenny Shakes, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be a choice I make in the future. Most flavours weren't to my taste, but basic ones like chocolate and banana are great; I also enjoyed apple cinnamon a lot.
