I'm very happy with Jimmy Joy Plenny shakes. They save me a lot of time, money and worry about if I'm getting the necessities my body need to function. I have a shake in the morning which helps me feel satiated throughout the day and because of this I eat less overall. My cravings for junkfood are gone aswell. I feel like the shakes have rebalanced my body.
