Overall, it's exactly the product I wanted. a substitute for my meals, to save time, not having to do dishes, depressing in front of my sponge and my soap and finally being able to drink my daily liters of water. The only downside is that it's my fault but I attacked straight away by replacing my meals with powder. I found myself having hellish constipation. my digestive system was not ready for that (I looked through the documentation quickly without paying too much attention to the processes) I mixed my powder with nvieon 800ml of water, so as not to have the paste side. I vary from 2 spoons to 3 when I am very hungry. 1600 calories on average I didn't get a bar with my order. I don't know if it's normal
