Excellent customer service makes a big difference for me as returning customer. The taste of the shakes are generally good. Nice, colorful and sturdy packaging. Deliveries seems to always/often come with a small freebie (e.g. sticker). If weight loss is your goal, then the downside is that the shakes are not as satieting as competing brands like Huel.
