Cost wise Jimmy Joy shakes are a good alternative to just eating junk food or sweets to curb hunger. They are not sweet and the flavor not so strong in most shakes which for me is a bummer and would love it to be sweeter but also know that most sweeteners aren't exactly healthy. So far the shakes are a good meal supplement will try the meals in the future.
