Taste is very balanced. Not too sweet but not bland. The consistency of the shake will depend on the added water amount. However, the powder will not fully dissolve like a protein poweder does. There will be still a bit of texture which is quite pleasant and makes it not feel like a light watery drink. The normal dosage of 2 scoops in enough to make me feel full. The nutrition content of each shake is great to use it as a single meal replacement. The packaging is very colorfull and fun and the bag is easily sealed. The seal is quite stong and will not open if the bag is turned upside down. I am very pleased with the powdered products.
