It serves it's purpose very well as a [small] meal replacement. Many bars of this kind try to add a lot of artificial flavors, often a lot of sugar too, and the feeling you get is that you are eating a sugary snack. The flavor of the Plenny Bars is much more mild and that's exactly what I want out of something that I am mostly eating for the nutrients.
