I started meal replacement by Jimmy Joy, so I can't make a comparison, but I love the taste of Plenny Shake berries and peach. I tried coffee too, and even if it's a little less tasty, it does the job :-)
I read a lot about the nutrition facts behind all this science, and it feels consistent, so I feel great about my choice to give me a chance to have a healthy breakfast.
