I really like the powder shakes - they're tasty and not that grainy as some of the other brands. Great selection of flavours that are all very good so far.
The bars will leave you full and will work as a meal or large snack.
I've only had one of the hot meals so far (buckwheat risotto) which was awful and I threw it in the bin. I would recommend staying away from that one and do the other products instead.
