Consistency is good and the powders dissolve easily, there are no clunks and chunks.
So far I like the caramel, but the coffee flavour was disappointing :( It doesn't really have a coffee flavour, so I'm mixing it with other things, either chocolate protein powder or use it in a banana shake. The salted caramel is good though, I like the flavour of that and I haven't tried the rest yet.
