Some of them are quite good with soy milk. Undrinkable with water. Use a blender and save some time, shaking is not reliable to get a good smooth mix. Taste is personal preference but some are quite good. Others taste like driftwood (looking at you "chocolate"). If only they did not have such ridiculously agressive marketing, perhaps the prices could be decent. You're also never getting 10 portions from a bag unless you're 40kg's or something. Factor in your soy milk and 6 or 7 portions per bag and you're looking at 4 to 5 euro per serving. Not super cheap, but the tastes can be ok to good and it is damn fast. Saturation is also good (if you increase portions). I'm 188 and 82kg.
