The cantina is very convenient, but pricey and not very healthy. Preparing lunch and bringing it from home is healthy and affordable, but very inconvenient. But the plenny shake is all three: convenient, healthy and affordable. It's also nice to know that I always have some in the pantry, so I never really have to worry about running out, like I have to with leftovers.
