Ik vind maaltijdshakes normaal vreselijk, maar de Plenny Shake vind ik oprecht lekker! Ik heb moeite om voldoende calorieën binnen te krijgen bij het ontbijt en de Plenny Shake helpt me daarbij. De toegevoegde vitaminen en mineralen zijn een plus, ook het feit dat de shake volledig vegan is.
