Jims carpets sold us our LVT floor. What we didn't realise is that they use contractors to fit who we paid in good faith. The flooring hadn't been fitted properly, without screed underneath to level it and it was bumpy and had huge gaps. Contacting the store over the last 18 months has proved difficult and nothing has ever been resolved. Jims carpets say it is the contractors responsibility although this was not made clear to us on purchase. We believed the store was responsible for the work. Customer service was awful from the Manager who argued with us and would not accept they had to take any ownership of the problem. I would never use them again.
