My wife gave her exact measurements for JJshouse to customize her wedding dress BUT it didn't come to those measurements. It was a trumpet dress and it looked baggy and bulgy, without shape and the lace was loose. I was going to be charged more than the dress cost to do an alteration here in Miami. Very disappointed but more is the response jjshouse gave me of giving me a 30% refund… my bride is without a dress and now down almost $400 dollars… not cool Tip for consumers: Don’t customize, they don’t know how to. You’ll end up paying more to do an alteration.
