I am pregnant and needed to order a bridesmaid dress. I needed to order 2 dresses so I could see which one fit my new body best. Their website clearly states they have a worry-free return policy that says you are able to make a return up to 14 days after receiving your online order. So I placed my order with 2 dresses. They emailed me and REFUSED to process my order until I pick one dress… despite their policy. I don’t have time to order a dress….return it (if it’s doesn’t fit) and order another one. This has been the worst customer service experience. I am still in shock. Do not shop here.
