I would make this review 0 stars if I could - pay close attention to their very confusing and frankly predatory return policy before shopping! If you’re online shopping for bridesmaid dresses and what to try on a few options this site is NOT for you, returns are only accepted if they’ve never been opened, tried on, etc. I’ve been trying to cancel my order before it ships now for several days and received multiple confusing emails about their policy which contradict each other, had to open a dispute with my credit card company and couldn’t find a way to get anyone on the phone to respond to my request. This company sucks and their return policy unacceptable. Would never shop here again.
