Hi I recently bought a bridesmaid dress here since the domain address ends in AU. I never had any trouble dealing with any Australian website not until today. See, this dress I ordered shows in their website that it has return policy and only custom made sizes are not returnable But here is the disclaimer, ONCE YOU PLACE THE ORDER, THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO LEARN WHETHER IT IS RETURNABLE OR NOT If you check my pictures below, you will see that I ordered a standard size of AU 10 only for this dress But when I ordered it, suddenly there is a note to say IT IS NON RETURNABLE. WHICH DID NOT APPEAR WHEN YOU ARE STILL PLACING THE ORDER AND NOT FINALISED IT YET THE FUNNY THING IS, BASED ON THEIR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY, ANY MADE TO ORDER DRESS CANCELLED AFTER 5 days, you wont receive any monies back. Even if it was not shipped yet!!!! So I cancelled my order, and they are telling me now that IT IS A CUSTOM MADE DRESS!!! When in fact they did not mention it when I ordered it. This company insidious!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL. BECAUSE ONCE YOU ORDER, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF OF OPTIONS, THEY WONT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN IT NOR REFUND YOUR MONEY PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICTURES FOR EVIDENCES ILL RAISE THIS WITH CONSUMER AUSTRALIAN LAW. this is so inhumane.
