This was my first time purchasing from JJsHouse and I am more than satisfied and even look forward to an occasion to purchase another beautiful dress. I purchased three tailored dresses. Customer service worked diligently with me to insure the measurements were right before the tailoring was done. When they arrived they were so much more beautiful than what you could see on the internet. They were actually just stunning!! I thought the price was more than reasonable and the delivery was well within what they told me. They were packaged very well. I did have to return a shawl because the color was not quite what I was looking for. Again, customer service was so helpful in offering several options to return the item and obtain a refund. I cannot say enough how happy I am all the way around with the products, customer service and with the return/refund process.
