Terrible products. Avoid at all costs. Terrible products, terrible quality, terrible complaints procedures, terrible staff. I purchased a >£500 treadmill via their eBay account. It broke in less than 7 months, and they're blaming dust. They're laughable. I've had to resort to contacting my credit card bank to request a chargeback because their products are not fit for purpose andnthe lowest quality. Do not use this company. Update: 28/02/2023. I just had jll fitness call me (11:30am) and blackmail me to remove this review otherwise they wouldn't issue me the parts they suspect have failed and cause their product to become obsolete. This is the service they find acceptable - blackmailing, bullying and harassment. Its disgusting.
