Poor Poor service.Place order on 6 May Friday for 4 item received a email on 11May telling that only had 1 out of 4. Immediately call JML custom service now shocking is staff inform me the Manager Jane try to call on my Mobile & home line on Saturday 07 May I only given mobile no & they can't left a voicemail totally a lie. With the home no I never given them so how this can happen. When I ask the manager my number surprised is a wrong number. Now inform wait another 3-5 day or 48 hour to deliver only 1 item requested to speed up the delivery time answer is they don't even bother. Watch out suggest before purchased anything call JML and record the conversation to keep as a proof. As a Manager of JML is to resolve customer issue not to create more issue so in my opinion Jane Manager should not be on this title. JML director seriously need to look into this issue. If someone lie one day it will catch clean hand
