I ordered JML Vacuum Sealer . Did not use till after 3 months. Machine did seal properly so had air escape after 2 minutes of sealing. Utter waste of bags ,money and time! Called customer service who told me to return it and it would be checked and if faulty I could get a credit note as that's what I wanted. Not another vacuum sealer that could come with the same problem. For a call from the same customer service after a week to say she insisted had tested the machine and it was fine so she would be sending it back. She further went on about how I must not have closed the lid on properly. It was literally a back and forth argument which I found rude and distressing . Please don't waste your time or money! I told the woman on the phone to keep it as I didn't want a machine that didn't work sent back and she kept it! Never heard from them again! Worst experience ever. This happened 2 weeks ago. Should have videoed the machine faults.
