I placed an order for a Weathereal PVC door and double glazed window. On the day of the installation a firm called JOBS WORTH DOING turned up, without any prevised advice from Weatherseal. The jobs were completed but the windows wouldn't open, but I was informed that an engineer would call. Weeks later, a man turned up. He didn't manage to make the windows open but he did manage to damage a rail on the stair, damage the newly decorated staircase and worse of all the paper on the staircase. I am absolutely shattered.
