Bought the embroidered festive coat in the sale. I fell in love with it when I saw it. Delivery was fast and the coat fitted perfectly I ordered a size 10. However 2 of the buttons fell off outside on my first time wearing it. I did not recover them so will be replacing all of the buttons if I can't find the same ones. Such a shame, but such a beautiful coat and pleased with the service.
