I placed an order with them and the website accepted a coupon. I got an email from them a week later saying they would not accept the coupon and that I needed to pay more for the product I ordered. I said to cancel my order and give me a refund. To be fair they gave me the refund but in the support email, they accused me of trying to hack their website or "circumvent" in their wording because it validly accepted the coupon that Honey tried. They literally accused me of trying to steal a $40 product. I have the support emails to back this up. They lost a customer for life. Please keep this companies toxicity from poisoning the Pro Audio Community and do not buy their products.
