In 50 fifty years of buying cars this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered a new xc60 in Jan '24. Offered a derisory part exchange on take it or leave it. I did leave it and got £2900 Cash elsewhere. No one will return my calls, they are always in ‘meetings’ which is ironic cause there is never any customer when I visit. Between them and Volvo they screwed up the finance deal and to top it all, a couple of hours before delivery they said the car wasn’t ready ‘till next day….maybe! Appalling service, and what should be a wonderful experience is ruined by their couldn’t care less attitude and incompetence.
