I ordered 2 different graduation bracelet charms for my niece, only received 1. Wrote out to customer services who apparently checked their CCTV. They maintain it was packed and sent. They told me to raise it with my bank - not sure what my bank has to do with non-delivery! It's their responsibility to make sure they deliver the ordered and paid for items. John Reed is not able to do that - buyer beware! Absolutely disgraceful company would never recommend them - quite the opposite. Had to grade them 1 because I couldn't give a minus score.
