Ordered a ring for an event on Saturday 30/11. Received 28/11. Ring is oval shaped, not round. Sent pictures to customer services with explanation that it's needed for saturday. Every reply stated how to return the ring. It took 3 hours of constant emails for someone to tell me to reorder the ring and they will upgrade shipping. So I received a misshapen ring, all they were interested in is getting it returned. No interest in the customers particular needs. I've now paid TWICE for a ring.
Just shows there is NO quality control. NO checking when products are packed. The ring is obviously deformed.
Customer service is shocking. I have asked for a manager to contact but no replies since then. I have posted pictures of the ring on X (twitter) they also demanded that I email them proof of posting when I return the ring. Like I would need to keep a shoddy misshapen ring.
Now waiting on the generic apology to this post which will ask me to contact them so they can look into it. 4 hours in total I've been emailing trying to get a ring for Saturdays event. Never did I think I would have to repurchase it, given the fact its oval instead of round, you would expect them to say sorry, and here's a replacement. I sent photos as proof.
So my advice is simple. Avoid them. Plenty of companies out there who care about customers needs and don't tell you to repurchase your item and ignore emails asking for a manager.
