Aber der Umgang mit Kunden leider nicht. Auf der Homepage wurde im Dezember mit einer 10% Aktion gelockt bei Registrierung zum Newsletter. Mehrfach versucht, aber erfolglos. Die 10% gab es nicht.
Eine Anfrage per Mail an den Support ist auch nach 3 Wochen nicht beantwortet! Eigentlich hätte ich bei einem anderen Hersteller bestellen sollen, da man hier die Kunden für dumm verkauft.
