Hi Johnny Urban-Team, prinzipiell bin ich zufrieden. Leider wurde meine Anfrage hinsichtlich eines Umtauschs dahingehend beantwortet, dass lediglich eine Rückgabe möglich wäre. Dies wäre dann aber mit dem Verlust des Rabatts verbunden.
Dies ist der 3. Rucksack, den ich kaufe. Ich hätte mir daher etwas mehr Flexibilität gewünscht.
Ich habe mich nun der Einfachheit halber entschieden, den Rucksack zu behalten.
