Ich hatte schon Rückmeldung bzw. Feedback zu meinen beiden Bestellungen gegeben. Die Antworten dazu empfand ich als ungünstig. Daran könnte man arbeiten. Es muss nicht immer alles möglich sein, aber die Art, wie man mit dem Kunden umgeht, ist aus meiner Sicht, sehr verbesserungswürdig. Da gibt es einige, die das sehr viel besser machen.
